Something to Look Forward to: Inspirational Insight No.73

Hey Quester’s, hope life’s being kind to you? It’s all been a bit off centre this year, still working on regaining some balance. I’m trying to help my children with their self-identity and confidence – strange how society wants to put everyone in neat little frameworks that do not allow for unique and beautiful differences. One day at a time and some warmth in the autumn sun should help. I’m also getting the kids to recite our family motto, something I wrote many years ago. Something to inspire and feel connected to! Why not create one for your family? Keep it short and to the point!

The Quest can be exciting and inspiring, though it can equally be arduous and lacklustre, so it’s always good to have something to look forward to! So if there isn’t an event looming on the horizon, create one! Grab your diary, pick a date or weekend one or two months away and start thinking of somewhere to go, or something to do. It’s not hard and most people generally have something planned, but if you are too attached to your routine life can become dull. It doesn’t need to be expensive; you could even go for a picnic at some amazing and peaceful location. Get up early and use the full day! We are a people that work hard for the things we have, why we shouldn’t break free of normality and have some fun!
